The Road to Milan – Day 04 Faverges to Bourg St Maurice
There was a lot of excitement in the team hotel, as the talk centred around climbing to the second-highest peak of the journey at 6,450 feet on the Route de Cormet. Where after putting serious effort in each of the team members had a chance for some photos at the top.
Today’s cycle was from Faverges to Bourg-Saint-Maurice in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region in south-eastern France. It is located on the Italian border, south of Chamonix-Mont-Blanc.
