After a long and tough day in the saddle yesterday, the team where on a coffee and carb fest in the hotel this morning, with an equally long day expected by all. Spirit across the team remained very positive despite the significant climbing.

Todays cycle was from Villers-Le-Lac which sits north west of lake the stunning lake Neuchatel through to Oyonnax a commune in the Ain department of eastern France
